Dr. David Lewis was born and raised in Port Angeles, WA. He attended the University of Washington where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2006. After undergraduate education, he worked one year with AmeriCorps before completing a Master of Arts in Education at Pacific Lutheran University. David then followed his lifelong goal of becoming a physician and attended Pacific Northwest University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Yakima, WA, where he met his wife Sarah.

David attended residency at St. John Macomb / Oakland Hospital outside of Detroit, MI and completed 2 years of emergency medicine followed by 2 years of family practice. He is board certified in family medicine with special interests in cardiology, gastroenterology and dermatology.
David and Sarah then returned to Port Angeles, WA where they have been practicing for several years. Together they are raising their four children, Lydia (7), Matthew (5), Evan (3) and Nathan (1). David enjoys the Pacific Northwest and the many outdoor activities it has to offer including hiking, camping and SCUBA diving. Additionally, he enjoys working on classic cars, collecting baseball cards and golfing.
Dr. Lewis’s practice is currently closed to new patients.
